FAQ

What currency are your prices in?

US and CDN dollars. Switch between the two on the top right of the screen.

Many items are listed as sold, do you have a mailing list?

Since many of our items, especially one-of-a-kind products sell out quickly, the best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list. We only send occasional correspondence and will not share your information.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email at orders@herriottgrace.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Delivery times will vary by destination.

May I place a special order or reserve items from your next sale?

We are unable to accommodate most special orders. That said, if you are interested, please get in touch via email and we will do our very best to make it happen.

In fairness to everyone, we do not reserve items. If you would like to chat more about why this is, send us an email. In some circumstances we are able to place pre-orders.

Is there a way to find out more about Herriott Grace?

Yes! Together with John Cullen we made a documentary about Nikole, Lance, and the company. Watch the trailer here, or the short film in its entirety here.

Who styles and photographs your items?

All of our product photos are shot in house by Nikole Herriott. If you are interested in learning more or inquiring about her freelance rates and availability, please drop us a line at hello@herriottgrace.com.
